“WG”中，红卫兵到黄克诚家抄家时，有一个小将<span style="color: rgb(250, 83, 89);">趁乱</span>顺走了他的大将服和勋章。后来，黄克诚重新出来工作需要照相时，因为找到不到那套特制衣服，只得借别人的衣服照相。</section><section><br/></section><section> 此后，有关方面终于找到了当年抄家的红卫兵，为这件事情专门写了一个报告，请黄克诚阅后签字存档，黄克诚就是不签。他说，我要一签宇，放到档案里，他一辈子压力就太大了，那时他还是个<span style="color: rgb(47, 118, 195);">小孩子</span>嘛！</section><section><br/></section><section> 25);">吴法宪</span>，竟乘机落井下石，诬告黄克诚在抗战胜利后，部队向东北进军时，拐走了苏北大批的黄金，一时使人们真假难辨，更使黄克诚长期蒙冤。</section><section><br/></section><section> 后来，黄克诚在处理林、江集团大案的过程中，吴法宪在狱中生病。黄克诚对待这样的人，还是严格按照政策提出建议，批准吴法宪保外就医。</section><section><br/></section><section> 吴法宪有一个儿子因受父亲问题影响没有工作，写信向黄克诚求助。黄克诚也立即派人了解情况，过问了这件事，以后还查问落实了没有。</section><section><br/></section><section><section style="text-align: center;"><section style="display: 年扬帆到盐阜区当社会部长兼行政公署保安处长以来，黄克诚同扬帆就有很多接触。扬帆在参与筹建盐阜区参议会和与韩德勤借道我根据地西撤去安徽的谈判中，均提了很有见地的建议，表现很出色。特别是 1942 年底扬帆从军部转到三师担任保卫部长后，在敌人的大“扫荡”中，黄克诚和他朝夕相处，交谈很深，亳无感受他政治上有什么可疑，只是感到他有一些知识分子自由主义的思想毛病。现在说扬帆是特务，仅凭在“抢救运动”中一个人的交代，恐怕还不能肯定。</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;outline: 0px;max-width: 但是，这是新四军代政委饶漱石直接给黄克诚发的绝密电报，说是康生布置的，要求绝不能让扬帆逃跑，并要求用手铐押送去淮南。黄克诚最后并没有完全按此照办，而是以让扬帆去军部开会为名，派了一个连保护，由保卫部副部长周彬陪同扬帆骑了马去淮南军部。</span></p><p style="margin: 0px;padding: 0px;outline: 0px;max-width:
